Can I use the Neogentek Beauty Wand every day?

Yes, we recommend using the wand every day or at least 3 or 4 times per week.

How do I use the Neogentek Beauty Wand?

The Neogentek Beauty Wand  is preset to operate 3 minutes for each of the 4 areas below. Note there is 3 short random beeps to designate next area. The wand will automatically turn off after 12 minutes.

• right side of face - upward stroke

• left side of face - upward stroke

• forehead - upward stroke

• neck - upward stroke

How do I clean the Neogentek Beauty Wand?

Use an alcohol wipe or damp cloth – do not rinse with water.

Do I have to use Centella activating serum with the Neogentek Beauty Wand?

Yes, you should use the activating  serum with the wand to achieve maximum results.

Centella is also designed for all types of calming for the skin and Centella is an all  natural product, so the Wand maintains its integrity so it's lasts a long time.

Can Centella be used by itself as part of my skin care routine?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return,  returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
