All Neogentek purchases direct from Neogentek.com or an authorized 3rd party retailer are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Reach out to our support team if you need to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a warranty claim.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
