To quickly track your shipment, click the chat bubble in the lower right corner and select "Track Shipment."
Domestic Orders
Most standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not seen progress on your package for at least 7 business days, please let us know and we'll investigate it for you.
Marked as Delivered, But You Can't Find It
In many cases, the carrier may mark the package as delivered a day or two before they actually deliver it. We know this is frustrating, but common carriers do this frequently and we have no control over it.
We recommend:
1. Look around the delivery location for your package.
2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
3. See if the package was delivered to a neighbor or building manager/office.
4. Check your PO Box or anywhere else you receive mail.
Please let us know if you are unable to locate your package within 2 business days of it being marked as delivered, and we would be happy to further assist you.
